Ingredients:
100g of Fresh Herb Tincture (extracted in alcohol 65% by volume) typically contains the tincture of:
Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis)                       30g
German Chamomile(Matricaria recutita)      20g
Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis)           20g
Cardamom (Elettaria cardomomum)            20g
Milk Thistle (Carduus marianus)                    10g

Directions For Use:
Generally: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Maintenance: 20 drops in water once daily.
