Ingredients:
Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of Acerola 480mg, Passion Fruit 60mg, Sea Buckthorn 10mg, Prickly Gooseberry 1mg, Blackcurrant 1mg, Lemon 0.5mg. Also contains fructose, maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030mg.

Directions for use:
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
Children (6-12 years): 1 tablet daily.This product is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

1 tablet provides 100mg vitamin C.
2 tablets provides 333% of adult EC RDA*
