Ingredients:
Water, Colloidal dispersion with 2.8g silicic acid anhydride (silicon dioxide) in each 100ml.

Directions for use (Internally):
As a food supplement take one tablespoonful (20ml) Original Silicea daily, diluted in a glass of mineral water or fruit juice before a meal.

If you have any form of kidney disease, please consult your practitioner before taking this product.
Shake well before use.
Keep in refrigerator after opening.  
Use within 4 weeks of opening.
